We do not share your data with any outside sources. Anything you submit to our site is used solely to assist you with planning your European tour. We may add your name and email address to our email list with an email distribution service, but they do not have permission to use your information. it is only stored there.
How long we retain your data
If you submit a form, the form contents and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can keep a record of your travel requests and contact you about upcoming opportunities via phone or email.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
