Your Travel Guide to Renaissance Europe (Passport to History)

Customer Review: Very Entertaining!
I discovered this delightful book while seeking interesting anecdotes to enrich my seventh-grade history class. I found many in Nancy Day’s entertaining book. Topics include: food, clothing, money, main attractions, celebrities, ettiquette, and “safety tips.” I read a few passages to my students and they begged for more.

It brought Renaissance Europe to life for them in an enjoyable format. Each page also includes at least one full-color illustration from the period’s art and architecture. I recommend this book to anyone seeking to learn more about Renaisance Europe and having a few laughs along the way.
